1. How do I place an order?

It is easy and secure! Just place the product(s) you wish to order in your electronic shopping cart by clicking on the \"add to my cart\" button located next to the product image. When you are ready to complete your order, click \"Continue Checkout,\" follow the easy instructions on completing your order, and select your payment option. 2. If I encounter a problem while submitting my order, should I just resubmit?

3. What if I have placed a duplicate order?

4. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

5. What payment options are accepted by Diverse Images?

We accept all major credit cards from most countries (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Solo), cheques and money orders. Sorry, we do not accept Diner\'s Club or Visa Electron.




6. Is ordering online safe?

With Diverse Images, ordering online is as safe as using a credit card in your favourite shop. We use the latest security technology, which includes data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity. Furthermore, we have registered with Verisign Inc (TO BE CONFIRMED). to assure our customers that we are a valid, legal, and trusted corporation.


7. What if I want to use my Credit Card - by phone

If, after all our reassurances, you would prefer not to send your card details over the Internet, we will be happy to take your order over the phone. Give us a call Mon-Fri between 10am and 6pm (GMT). Please have your order number to hand, when you call.


8. What if I want to Pay by Cheque/Banker\'s Draft

We do accept cheques, but please bear in mind that orders paid by cheque may take slightly longer to process. We regret that we can only accept cheques issued in British Pounds. Place your order on our website as usual and add the comment \'payment by cheque\' in the comments area of the ordering page, instead of a credit card number enter 16 zeros and instead of the expiry date 4 zeros ; make a note of the order total. Submit your order and make a note of your order reference number. 9. I just ordered a print that showed \"Usually ships in 24 hours\" but after framing the item and adding it to my Shopping Cart, it now shows \"Usually ships in 5 days.\" What happened?

The timeframe change reflects the average time it takes our framers to complete your custom frame.


10. Express shipping options appear to have been removed from my cart. What happened?

We offer express shipping to orders with items that show \"usually 24 hours\" under \"ships-in.\" Likely, you have added an item to your cart that requires a little more processing time. If you would like to express ship your order, just complete the checkout process, and then call us on +44(0)844 8844867 and have your order number.
